DELIVERY
Custom Products Delivery
Custom Product Delivery times vary from 4 to 17 working days depending on the Delivery method Selected. Rush Delivery orders are aimed to be delivered within 4 to 5 working days. Standard Delivery orders are aimed for delivery within 10 to 17 working days. Get in touch with our customer service if your sign has to be delivered for a certain date or time. All orders will be shipped with DPD, which will be fully trackable. If there are any issues regarding delivery times we will contact you immediately for an update.
Delivery Services for UK
Our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, DPD or TNT Express depending on the size of your order. All Royal Mail orders are sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
All small orders will be sent via Royal Mail and larger order will be sent via DPD Tracked service. We will inform you the service used along with a tracking number of your order to ensure safe delivery of all items.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as we will not be responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to missing or incorrect information of the delivery details. If you feel that an error is made or would like to add extra information regarding your delivery details please email us at sales@neonpop.co.uk along with your order number and the information you would like to add or change.
Guaranteed AM Delivery service will be provided by DPD and only applies Monday to Friday. All deliveries, when a mobile number is provided, will be accompanied with a text messaging service that indicates a time slot for the delivery to notify the approximate time of delivery. Please note that although this is a guaranteed service. Planet Neon holds no responsibility in the event of an unforeseen delay due to the courier. In such an event the full delivery fee paid will be refunded.
All orders placed on a weekend including bank holidays will be processed the following working day.
International Deliveries
All international deliveries follow the same guidelines as UK Deliveries in regards to delivery details and the service use according the size of the order. All small deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service and larger orders will be sent via TNT Express service.
All European orders over £150 come with Free Delivery so there are no extra charges on top of your purchases. Orders below £150 have a Standard Delivery Charge of £7.99.
International Delivery Times
Orders outside the UK shipped via Royal Mail Standard service may take 7 – 11 working days depending on the region that it is being sent to. We will be happy to provide more accurate shipping times to your destination by contacting sales@neonpop.co.uk before or after your order is placed.
Orders outside the UK shipped via TNT Express may take 5 – 7 working days depending on the region that it is being sent to. Please contact us if accurate shipping times are required. All DHL Express deliveries will be accompanied with a Tracking number which will be provided once the item has been despatched.
Delivery Costs
All UK Mainland orders over £25 come with Free Delivery so there are no extra charges on top of your purchases. Orders below £25 have a Standard Delivery Charge of £2.99.
International deliveries will be charged according to the destination and the weight of the order. Please feel free to contact us if you require any clarification regarding delivery charges.
Planet Neon LTD will no be held responsible for any local import and customs duties charges for goods delivered outside the UK.
