Had an issue with the USB connection with was promptly resolved by the support team. My daughter loves the sign and is very happy with it. Good quality product with excellent support.
Bought a neon light for my daughter’s 10th birthday which she absolutely loves - the product and quality is spot on.
I ordered this with plenty of time to arrive in time for her birthday and even put a note on the order stating it was for a birthday.
As I suspected, it didn’t turn up in time and came a few days after but had a rather disappointed daughter when she was told she couldn’t open her man present on her birthday.
I expected a little more communication to manage expectations but all worked out in the end.

There were a couple of very minor issues during the process, but these were picked up and quickly rectified by Beri, which really shows the level of care they put into their customer service. Communication over email was prompt and efficient throughout.

The light looks good and as we designed, but we had to phone regarding the delivery as we had waited quite a long time for it to arrive.
There were absolutely no installation instructions. We still don't know how, if at all, the colours would automatically change and how to do this.
The power plug into the transformer unit does not fit snuggly and can disconnect the electricity if there is slight movement.
