I recently ordered a custom neon sign from Neon Planet and couldn’t be happier with the result. The finished piece looks fantastic and really makes an impact in my room.
There were a couple of very minor issues during the process, but these were picked up and quickly rectified by Beri, which really shows the level of care they put into their customer service. Communication over email was prompt and efficient throughout.
The quality of the sign itself is excellent and the design looks amazing.
I would definitely recommend Neon Planet to anyone looking for a custom neon sign with great customer service.
The light looks good and as we designed, but we had to phone regarding the delivery as we had waited quite a long time for it to arrive.
There were absolutely no installation instructions. We still don't know how, if at all, the colours would automatically change and how to do this.
The power plug into the transformer unit does not fit snuggly and can disconnect the electricity if there is slight movement.

Sign looks great. There was a mix up with the wrong plug attached and when I called they shipped one to me with a fast courier so I had it the next day and were so sweet and polite. Lovely people. Would recommend the multi coloured sign where you can choose from a full rainbow of colours.
