Our signs are made using acrylic backboards and flexible LED neon tubing. They are lightweight, durable and designed to create the appearance of traditional neon without using fragile glass tubes.

Your sign includes the appropriate 12V power supply for the configuration you choose. Additional mounting, control and power options can be selected when available.

The cable is generally around 1.5 metres long. If you need a particular cable length, contact us before ordering.

Standard signs are intended for indoor use. If your sign will be used outside, select the appropriate outdoor or waterproofing option when ordering.

If your order includes a design proof, we'll send it to you for approval before production. Orders that do not require approval move directly into production. Once completed, your sign is checked, packed and handed to the courier for delivery.

We can turn most designs into LED neon. Some artwork may need to be simplified so it can be produced cleanly and reliably. Filled or bold elements may be converted into outlines, very fine details may be simplified and some fonts may need small adjustments.

You can create a design using our online design tools or upload your own artwork directly through the website.

Custom signs are bespoke products made specifically for you and are therefore not normally eligible for return simply because you change your mind. If there is a problem with your sign, contact our team and we'll help resolve it.

Planet Neon is based in London, England, and our signs are made by our team in London.

Yes. We deliver Planet Neon signs to customers in the UK and internationally.

Very large signs may require additional planning or multiple packages. If you're ordering an unusually large sign for international delivery, contact our team before ordering.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you by the courier.

Unused ready-made products may be eligible for return within the applicable returns period, provided they meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Please check the policy before returning an item.
