For a Special Event?: Hello, our event will be on August 8th, so I hope that the sign will be delivered before that date. I have already talked to your sales department and they told me to write here any further options. Please I'd like you to increase the height of the letters with the chosen "Earth Orbiter" font until around 20 cm, because I've made a paper sign to test the dimensions and appearance of your sign and the height of 11.4cm (on a width of 100cm) seem too small to me, in order to been easily readable form around 10 meters.
