From start to finish, planet neon were excellent. The web site works great, I had them make me a custom sign and they came in cheaper than what I was prepared to pay and cheaper than that what I was expecting. Brilliant communication and ways tried swiftly. Also next day delivery.

The product was exactly as expected. Very good and a nice price. When we faced problems with the shipper UPS, we recieved good help from Planet Neon as well as a smaller discount on the total amount. They also provided the finance solution with Klarna with good information so the payment finally was right.
