Apart from the slight delay in delivering the product, I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the sign; the ‘S’ wasn’t secured properly, but nothing that a little glue didn’t resolve.
Thank you for a great customer service and ensuring I received my sign the following week.
Took its time to arrive but was definitely worth the wait - can't rush perfection :)
Perfect like I desire!
Excellent product and looks really good
Needed the sign last minute for a wedding. The team made it and got it to me. It was perfect.
The custom neon light is amazing! Can’t fault it.
Very good experience, quick replies and design team made the exact changes I wanted. Very good overall experience and I hope to use them again someday.
The sign itself is great & works as expected. Delivery was a bit of a pain but I got it which is the main thing
I love it
Delivered to spec and service great throughout. Thank you!
From start to finish, planet neon were excellent. The web site works great, I had them make me a custom sign and they came in cheaper than what I was prepared to pay and cheaper than that what I was expecting. Brilliant communication and ways tried swiftly. Also next day delivery.
Their Job is perfect! I’m really happy with the design. They really help you and guide you from the first step.
I can only recommend:)
Our second sign , very good service, lovely people. Thoroughly recommend Planet Neon
We are completely satisfied with our led light from you and what a great service from start to finish if ever we need another I would not hesitate to use again.👍
Exactly what we wanted for above the bar at our wedding! Now we can keep it and put it up in our home ❤️
