Failed delivery attempts, unforeseen circumstances and customs delays are excluded. The first working day is the next working day after your order is placed.

Where are your signs produced?
All Planet Neon signs are designed, produced and dispatched from our London warehouse.
How do I calculate my delivery time?
Delivery times start on the next working day after your order is processed. Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days.
Are customs charges included?
For countries where VAT is charged, customs charges are included. For other destinations, additional customs fees may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, the courier will email you a tracking number.
Why have I received more than one tracking number?
Orders sent in multiple boxes receive a separate tracking number for each box. Parcels can occasionally arrive on different days.
Why is my order delayed at customs?
Customs may request extra documents. If tracking shows a customs delay, contact your local courier to confirm what is needed.
How does the Delivery Promise work?
If your order arrives more than 3 working days later than the estimated delivery time, we'll refund 10% of the order. Failed delivery attempts, unforeseen circumstances and customs delays are excluded.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier may make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel can be returned to us. Contact the courier to arrange redelivery.
